Unit Managers - Finalize and submit 2011-2012 unit plan in WEAVEonline.

The 2011-2012 cycle will become the current cycle on Sept. 11, 2011.

Finalize and submit unit plan for the 2011-2012 academic year.  The plan should include at least three unit goals.

Review and approve performance on outcome measures, list of accomplishments, consideration of evaluation criteria, and data collection for spring meeting.

Faculty responsible for PLO assessment should select 2 of the 5 existing PLOs to be assessed the current year.   Design and/or update instruments for assessment.  Update your PLOs in WEAVEonline if necessary.

PLO Assessment –Assess

Faculty responsible for PLO assessment should conduct their assessments and gather their artifacts.   There will be an external evaluation of assessments during the spring semester.

Unit Managers - Develop unit level plans for the 2012-2013 academic year.

Plans should include major activities and functions as well as any new objectives that will require funding beyond the current year.  Plans should be revised as necessary before they are finalized in Sept. 2012.

The 2012-2013 cycle will be available beginning Jan. 30, 2012.

IPEC Meeting – April 2012

Plan development, review complete list of outcome measures, refine outcome measures, review strengths and determine needs, develop planning and budgeting priorities to use during the next year.
