Objective 4.1 Strategies:
1. Enhance training facilities for specialized areas in Community Services.
2. Expand and enhance Adult Learning Center operations, especially English as a second language, creating a seamless transition into post-secondary education.
3. Have full-service teaching-centers in Livingston and Nacogdoches.
4. Add a new Health Careers Center, a University Teaching Center, and a Language and Learning Institute (Adult Education).
5. Renovate the Health Careers I building for Liberal Arts and Science and have minor renovations to the Student Center, Administration Building and Library in order to accommodate expanded services.
6. Add support and auxiliary facilities (updated student housing, parking, and a baseball/softball complex) as needed to attract and serve new groups of students.
7. Administer the Angelina College Student Survey.
Expected Outcome(s):
4.1.1. Eighty percent of student surveys will reflect a rating of satisfied or very satisfied with General Facilities, Buildings, Grounds, Technology, Labs, and support areas.
4.1.2. Established advisory committees will provide a favorable annual review of college facilities and equipment.
