Graduates walk in procession to the Angelina Activity Center for the May2003 Commencement ceremonies. Approximately 400 associate degrees and
certificates were awarded. This was the 35th graduating class at Angelina
College. More than 100,000 students have attended AC since it opened in
1968. The college was established in 1966 by the Education Committee of the
Angelina County Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Patricia McKenzie, Dr. Larry Phillips, Robert Poland, Captain Dominic
Gorie, Bonnie Denmon and Trey Henderson assemble for graduation.

Gorie was the Commencement speaker.
Connie Pantoja and her daughter, Ashley, sign the Alumni &
Friends guest book at the pre-graduation reception. Behind her is Koshy
