References - The student must present three (3)letters of recommendation from persons familiar with their work, such as former teachers, etc.
Transcripts - Copies of High School and College transcripts must be included
Resume - Student must include a resume of art experience with application
Portfolio - A full portfolio must be submitted with this completed application as outlined in the attached Portfolio Guidelines.
By submitting this form you are agreeing to meet the following conditions to receive and maintain scholarship funds in subsequent semesters:
1. Enroll full time (12 hours or more) at AC MAJORING IN ART. 2. Maintain an overall GPA of2.5, and a 3.0 in ART. 3. Take a minimum of 6 hours in Art per semester. 4. Must show an active interest in Art related campus activities, such as assisting in Art receptions in the Gallery, etc.
