The Board of Trustees of Angelina College has adopted A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., 5030 Champions Drive, Lufkin, Texas 75901 as investment advisors. A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. must seek approval of a designated college investment officer to make investment decisions.

Angelina College does not use soft dollar arrangements.
