3/21/2008 - Roadrunners Hosting Doubleheader Against Panola
The Angelina College Roadrunners will attempt to bounce back from
Wednesday’s sweep at the hands of Navarro, with the ‘Runners hosting
an afternoon double dip against Panola at Roadrunner Field.
AC (11-12-2, 1-5) has struggled in conference play’s early going,
splitting with Paris last week before getting swept by both Texarkana
and Navarro. This afternoon the Roadrunners will start Jason Gurka in
the opener, followed by Corey Benevides in the nightcap.
Panola (21-10, 3-3) split with Lon Morris on Wednesday.
Game time is noon, with Game 2 scheduled to follow a half hour later.
