The Certified Cisco Networking Associate (CCNA) is an industry certification offered by Cisco.  Cisco is the largest manufacturer of networking hubs in the world and commands a large share of the market.  A CCNA designation may be acquired by taking four courses from Angelina College and successfully passing an on-line test from Cisco.  The tests are offered through Sylvan Centers in the U.S.  Cisco is the only company that may certify  you for the designation.  

Successful completion of the courses at Angelina College does not guarantee that you will be successful on the Cisco exam.  Successful completion of the courses at Angelina College can prepare you for the challenging test.   On-Line instruction in the Cisco labs, hands-on network wiring, and on-line practice exams provide for the instruction base you need to pass the exam. 

There are four courses of 80 hours of study each.   They must be taken in sequence and will require four semesters to complete.   Both day and evening classes are available.
