VCT/Internet Appointment Form

Please use this form to make an appointment to take a VCT or Internet course exam in Crockett, TX at the Crockett High School.

Requests for testing appointments must be made by 3:00 p.m. the day before your requested test date. Two hour timed test must be scheduled by 6:00 p.m. in order to allow sufficient testing time.

*Testing Hours: (By appointment)
2nd & 4th Wednesdays., 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

*Students must begin testing no later than 7 p.m. to allow for test completion by 8 p.m. closing time.

*All appointment times are subject to availability
