VCT/Internet Appointment Form

Please use this form to make an appointment to take a VCT or Internet course exam in Livingston, TX at the Livingston High School, Room H303.

Requests for testing appointments must be made by 3:00 p.m. the day before your requested test date. Two hour timed test must be scheduled by 6:00 p.m. in order to allow sufficient testing time.

*Fall & Spring Testing Hours:

2nd – 4th Thursdays, 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Fall/Spring Office Hours: (Aug. - May)
Mon. – Thurs. 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.

*Summer (June and July) Testing Hours :
2nd – 4th Thursdays, 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Summer Office Hours: (June and July)
Mon. – Thurs. 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.

*Students must begin testing no later than 7 p.m. to allow for test completion by 8 p.m. closing time.
