VCT/Internet Appointment Form

Please use this form to make an appointment to take a VCT or Internet course exam in Livingston, TX at the Livingston High School, Room H303.

Requests for testing appointments must be made by 3 p.m. the day before your requested test date. Weekends are not included (make online appointment by 3 p.m. on Friday to test on Monday during Fall and Spring semesters - during Summer semesters you must make your online appointment by 3 p.m. on Thursday to test on Monday).

*Fall & Spring Testing Hours (By appointment)

2nd & 4th Thursdays - 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Fall/Spring Office Hours (Aug.-May)
Mon.-Thurs., 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

*Summer (June and July) Testing Hours (By appointment)
2nd & 4th Thursdays, 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Summer Office Hours (Aug.-May)
Mon.-Thurs., 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

*Students must begin testing no later than 7 p.m. to allow for test completion by 8 p.m. closing time.
