Typing Proficiency Exam (Keyboarding)
The typing proficiency exam is required for entrance into the Pharmacy Technology program. The exam consists of one, five minute practice exam and two, five minute performance exams. The results of the performance exams are report the Pharmacy Tech program to satisfy admission requirements.
To register for the typing proficiency exam:

Obtain a testing request form from the Pharmacy Tech program coordinator or division personnel in
Health Careers II, rm. 128.

Pay the required fee to the business office located in the administration building, rm. 102

Submit the paid receipt and testing request form to the testing center located in the student center, rm. 200D and obtain your test date and time.

Report to the testing center on your scheduled appointment and bring with you a pictured ID.

Upon completion of the exam, you must submit your scores to the Pharmacy Tech program located in Health Careers II, rm. 128.
