Steps for Success

Login Info:

your Portal username:

last 3 digits of your StudentID number + first initial of your first name + your entire last name.
Example: John Doe with StudentID 123456789 = username 789jdoe

Password:

eight (8) digit Date of Birth formatted as MMDDYYYY
Here you will be able to view your course schedule, view and pay your bill, retrieve Financial Aid information, and see your final grades.

Your AC student email will be your official method of communication should any person or department at Angelina College need to contact you.

You should have access to your courses two days before your courses begin. If you are unable to access your courses, please let us know.

Drop Information and Instructions

  • VA and Financial Aid students should reach out to that department before requesting to drop any class.
  • Students must request to drop by logging in to the myAC Portal and completing the Student Drop Form.
  • Types of Drops:
    • Drop with a refund. Please refer to the academic calendar HERE
    • Drop without academic penalty and no refund. Dropped courses will show as a “W” on the transcript. Please refer to the academic calendar HERE
    • Drop with academic penalty and no refund. You must have Instructor’s permission to drop the class. Please email the instructor requesting to drop the class with a “W” and then forward the approval to drops@angelina.edu . Please refer to the academic calendar HERE
  • Once you are dropped you will receive a confirmation email. 

Proctoring Services

Some classes use an online proctoring service called Honorlock to ensure test integrity. The syllabus for your course will cover if online proctoring is used. Courses that use online proctoring will need a webcam and microphone.

Graduation

Students must apply for graduation during their final semester to ensure the correct information is listed on their degree or certificate. Log in to the myAC Portal and apply. RSVP for Commencement to attend the ceremony and let AC celebrate your accomplishments!
