MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID FOR ADULTS | FREE (ELECTIVE)

This course teaches participants how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges in adults.

You’ll learn how to provide initial support and connect individuals to appropriate care using a proven five-step action plan. Topics include depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, and substance use disorders. This training is ideal for anyone who wants to feel more confident helping a friend, colleague, or community member in crisis.
