Medical Resources
Angelina County & Cities Health District (ACCHD)
The Angelina County & Cities Health District provides public health services for residents of Angelina County, including Lufkin, Diboll, Hudson, Huntington, and Burke. They offer access to doctors and healthcare professionals for lower-income and uninsured families.
Services include diagnosis and treatment, prescriptions, referrals to specialists, lab work, immunizations, health education, preventive care, chronic disease management, well-child and sick visits, women’s preventive health services, and family planning.

Mental Health Services & Resources
Local Partner: Burke Center
Burke provides complete mental health services to adults and children in East Texas. From their 24-Hour Crisis Line and innovative counseling and treatment interventions to their state-of-the-art mental health emergency center in Lufkin, they have the facilities, resources, and staff to help East Texans in need.
