Angelina College Foundation

As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, tax-exempt organization, the Foundation raises funds for Angelina College through a variety of creative events and partnerships with alumni, friends, donors, businesses, and foundations.

The vision of the Angelina College Foundation is to develop financial resources and to grow public support that strengthens the college’s ability to provide quality educational opportunities and services to aid students in the service area in reaching their full potential.

Foundation Mission

The mission of the Angelina College Foundation is to support the College through relationship development and maintenance, coordination of capital and fundraising campaigns, responsible stewardship of philanthropic gifts, and public relations on behalf of the College.

Foundation Vision

The vision of the Angelina College Foundation is to develop financial resources and to grow public support that strengthens the college’s ability to provide quality educational opportunities and services to aid students in the service area in reaching their full potential.

Purpose

The Angelina College Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes to benefit Angelina College. To this end, the corporation shall at all times be operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of the Section 501©(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as now enacted or hereafter amended, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(C)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as now enacted or hereafter amended. All funds, whether income or principal, and whether acquired by gift or contribution or otherwise, shall be devoted to said purposes.
