The real estate program includes courses that prepare students to take the Texas Real Estate License Exam and are approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC). Prerequisites

Prerequisites to enter the program as a Level 1 certificate major include a high school diploma or GED. Entrance testing is not required.
Students who do not have a high school diploma or GED may co-enroll as Level 1 certificate students and GED students through Adult Education and Literacy at Angelina College (936-633-4525).
Students who have a high school diploma or GED may also enter the program as associate degree (AAS) students. TSI entrance scores are required.
