Volunteers are at the heart of every nonprofit, forming the foundation that makes mission-driven work possible. Yet many organizations have seen volunteer participation decline even as demand for services continues to grow. This session invites participants to reimagine the role of volunteers within their organizations. Attendees will learn practical strategies to attract and engage volunteers, cultivate the talent needed, and build a mission-aligned volunteer workforce. The session will also explore ways to position current volunteers as ambassadors who strengthen community trust and advance organizational goals.
