This essential course is designed to equip executives, staff, and board members with the knowledge and tools needed to strengthen their organization’s financial foundation. Participants will gain a clear understanding of key nonprofit financial concepts, including terminology, fiduciary duties, financial statements, audits, internal controls, and the strategic use of Form 990. A special bonus section on planned giving will also be included, offering insights into long-term fundraising strategies.
