Summer Graduates
Summer graduates may choose to participate in the following Fall ceremony. RSVP information will be sent to these students upon approval to graduate.
Fall Commencement
Important Dates & Deadlines:
- September 15 – November 1: Apply to Graduate
- November 5 (5 pm): Upon graduation approval, RSVP if you plan to participate in the commencement ceremony. Instructions will be provided in your approval email and a link to RSVP will show up in your MyAC Portal.
- November 5 (5 pm): Order your cap and gown from Oakhall.
Fall Commencement Location
The Fall Commencement Ceremony is held in the Temple Theater, inside the Angelina Center for the Arts (ACA) Building.
♿️ Parking: Accessible parking available.
Commencement Check-In
Graduates should arrive no later than 45 minutes prior to their ceremony start time. Check in at the Temple Theater.
🅿️ Parking information and directions will be shared before the ceremony.
Regalia Orders & Guidelines:
- Regalia Orders Website: oakhallcg.com/pages/angelina
- Fall Regalia Order Deadline: November 5, 2026 by 5:00 pm
- No Unapproved Regalia, Cords, Stoles, Medals, Etc. Only approved regalia may be worn during the ceremony. Students are not permitted to modify their regalia, with the exception of the graduation cap.
- Cap Decorations: Caps may be decorated as long as all messages and images are appropriate.
- PTK Medals: Only PTK Officers are authorized to wear the PTK medal.
- Dress: Students are encouraged to wear business casual or formal attire beneath their regalia.

Guest Guidelines
We kindly remind every one of the guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event for all attendees. Your cooperation in adhering to these rules is greatly appreciated.
Prohibited Items
To maintain a dignified atmosphere during the ceremony, we prohibit the following items during the ceremony.
- Noise Makers
- Balloons
- Alcohol
- Pets (exception – service animal)
- Large banners or posters
Your understanding and compliance with these guidelines will contribute to the success of our ceremony. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to celebrating this special occasion together.

Transcripts:
Official Transcripts are available within 48 hours of the end of the semester. You can request to have your transcripts sent to transfer institutions before grades are posted and they will be delivered once the term is over.
