Family Crisis Center – Lufkin Office   

The 24-hour domestic violence and sexual assault hotline is 1-800-828-SAFE (7233), and confidential text support is available at (936) 552-9256.

The Janelle Grum Family Crisis Center of East Texas is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the safety of women, men, and children by providing crisis intervention and advocacy services. These services help reduce and prevent family violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking through education and community awareness. Offerings include a 24-hour hotline, emergency shelter, transportation, crisis intervention, case management, legal and child advocacy, employment and housing assistance, support groups, counseling, and transitional housing, as well as prevention and community education programs.
