AC Library Copyright Compliance Statement

Angelina College supports enforcement of the U.S. Copyright Law (PL94-553) and promotes copyright compliance among its faculty, staff, and students. Copyright guidelines and standards and fair use factors are considered in all instructional activity whether in the physical classroom or in the online environment. Proper licensing of all instructional resources and materials is required and copyright protection is recognized by College employees both as originators and users of copyright protected works. The faculty and staff regularly instruct students regarding the rights of creators and the responsibilities of users of copyrighted works. Copyright compliance is a continual process which Angelina College attempts to uphold in all of its administrative an instructional processes.
