Student Complaints & Appeals Process

At Angelina College, we are committed to fairness, respect, and student success. We know that sometimes concerns may arise, and we want to ensure every student has a clear and respectful way to have those concerns addressed.

Whenever possible, students are encouraged to first discuss concerns with the appropriate instructor, staff member, or college office, as many issues can be resolved quickly and informally. If a matter remains unresolved, students may use the formal Student Complaint Process.

When to Use This Form

Current students at Angelina College should use the Student Complaint Form if:

• You have a serious, unresolved concern related to your education, treatment, or access to college services.
  
• You believe your rights as a student have been affected.
  
• You wish to formally document a concern after first attempting informal resolution.
  

Do not use this form for:

• Routine classroom questions or grade clarification → Contact your instructor directly
