Download the Angelina College Mobile App

Download the Angelina College mobile app and create an account using your assigned employee angelina.edu email address. The app will be the only way employees can scan and earn points. You will not be able to scan the QR codes through the camera on their phones, only through the AC app scanner.

Browse Events

In the app, browse the events where you can earn points and save them to your personalized app calendar for future reminders. Student services and appointments points are only available for students. Employees will not be awarded points if scanned at these locations.

Frequency and points earned are noted in the descriptions. Be sure to check your employee email for announcements on additional opportunities as they are announced.

Attend and Scan to Earn Points

Attend an eligible event, and look for the Fast Trax to Success QR code banner or sign. Scan the code using the app – your points are earned!

For every 25,000 points, you earn an entry into the drawing to win the Employee Grand Prize! The drawing will be held and the winner announced in May.

In addition to the Grand Prize, monthly drawings will occur six times over the course of the year for other great prizes!

TIPS:

Event points are awarded per event, and you may only scan the QR code once per event.
Employees who are former students, please change your email address and experience in the app to “Employee” to be sure you get your points!
Employees should scan the same QR codes as students for events when applicable. Separate codes will be provided at employee-only events.
Employees will not be given points for scanning into student-centered services not listed on the Employee Challenge page including the Public Health Resource Center, Tutoring Center, Library, Writing Lab, etc.

Eligibility to Win:

Must be an employee at Angelina College in the Fall 2023 and/or Spring 2024 semester(s)
Must be in good standing
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must hold a valid Driver’s License
Must have a valid Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number
Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States
