Vacation Responder

To remain responsive to customers and to continue to provide above and beyond customer service while campus is closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday, I am suggesting the following Vacation Responder is turned on:
In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, our offices will be closed beginning Wednesday, November 25, and will reopen on Monday, November 30, at 8 a.m.
 
We look forward to serving you upon our return!
 

To do this, follow these instructions:

 
Step 1:
  • Click the gear/settings button at the top right hand side of your email:
 
 
Step 2:
  • Click ‘See all settings’
 
 
Step 3:
  • Scroll down to Vacation Responder (this is the last option under the General tab);
  • Turn Vacation responder on; 
  • Set the First day to July 3, 2020; 
  • Set the last day to July 5, 2020; 
  • Type in the subject: Angelina College Holiday Office Hours; 
  • Copy and paste the message above in the message; 
  • Click Save Changes
