Business and Supervision

Would you like to improve your leadership skills and gain the confidence to be a supervisor in a business environment? Angelina College is currently registering students for the Business and Supervision associate degree and Level 1 certificate. These credentials prepare students for in-demand jobs as supervisors in retail and manufacturing. In East Texas, the median annual salary for supervisors in retail is more than $37,000* and exceeds $60,000** for supervisors of production and operating workers.

Business and Supervision Level 1 Certificate

The Business and Supervision Level 1 certificate is part of the Business and Supervision program at Angelina College. 

  • Prerequisites to enter the program as a Level 1 certificate major include a high school diploma or GED. Entrance testing is not required.
  • Students who do not have a high school diploma or GED may co-enroll as Level 1 certificate students and GED students through Adult Education and Literacy at Angelina College (936-633-4525).
  • Students who have a high school diploma or GED may also enter the program as associate degree (AAS) students. TSI entrance scores are required.
